David is a jack of all trades. As a real estate agent, actor, musician, journalist, and avid traveler he’s well versed in the human experience. He has a variety of tools to work with to ensure customers are represented with professionalism, integrity, and he is committed to finding them the best deal. Having lived in Jacksonville on and off for most of his life; David has an intimate understanding, genuine appreciation, and respect for Northeast Florida. Jacksonville’s historic districts were his stomping grounds as a teenager, and where he’s proud to call home today.

Before getting into real estate, David was an award-winning journalist at News4Jax. In real estate, as with journalism, ethics are of the utmost priority. David is stringent when it comes to ethical practices and works assiduously to ensure that everyone, in every transaction, is treated with the respect they deserve. David uses his communication skills along with his enthusiasm for the urban core as a REALTOR®. He enjoys connecting his customers to their communities and to becoming a steward for their historic homes.

In his free time, David can be found performing with his rock band, acting in commercials and short films, and giving back to his community. He was honored to receive RAP’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2015 for his service to the local neighborhood non-profit. He is an advocate for green spaces, and enjoys kayaking on the many beautiful waterways in the area.
