Heather graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Florida with a degree in History and Art History. With an enthusiasm for the past, she found a love for Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods, with their rich history and passionate residents.
For over 10 years she has worked in marketing, programming, and events for a plethora of neighborhood non-profits and small businesses; including Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP), Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council (SPAR), Riverside Arts Market (RAM), and Mandarin Museum and Historical Society. During this time she also personally hosted events like Picnic in the Park, and was awarded BUZZ Magazine's 30 Under 30 in 2014. As a writer, her work has appeared in The Local Palate, Jacksonville Magazine, First Coast Magazine, and various digital publications. Heather uses her creative background, attention to detail, and fondness for Jacksonville’s historic neighborhoods in her work as a REALTOR®. Instilled with a strong sense of empathy, she understands the emotions that come with buying and selling a home. She also has staging experience, which can help sellers achieve their goals and help buyers envision what can be done with a space. She is a multi-million dollar producer.
Heather is a native of Texas, and after living up and down the East Coast she found a home in Jacksonville, where she has resided for the last 13 years. She loves high walkability scores, getting lost in a novel, and planning vacations around touring art exhibitions.
