Cristie is a native of London, England, but was raised primarily in Jacksonville, Florida. She has always had a fascination with England’s rich history and the grandeur behind the impressive architecture that can be found there. Her love for old buildings started at an early age and is most likely the reason behind her love for the historic areas in Jacksonville. She enjoys showing off the Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, and Murray Hill areas. As a child, she spent her days riding her bike alongside the beautiful St. Johns River, through the multitude of parks with their ancient mossy oaks, and down the alluring streets that are lined with what seems to be an endless number of historic homes, each one illuminating their own exquisite charm and genuine character. As an adult, she does the same- It never gets old.
Cristie has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida with a minor in Family, Youth, and Community Science. She enjoys being a part of building communities and helping others find what best suits them. Her extensive knowledge of each side of town and her widespread network will be extremely beneficial to those who are relocating to this city or those who are looking to explore a new area. Having raised three children, she is also up-to-date on our education system for those who are looking for the right school. Connecting people to new resources and helping them fit into their new geographical areas are a treat for her. She thrives on the inclusion and well-being of others.
Cristie also has a passion for buying old unattractive homes and turning them into beauties. There is something so satisfying about taking a home that is falling apart and bringing it back to life. Restoration is also a favorite hobby. So, if you need a plumber, electrician, woodworker, etc… you name it, Cristie has their number. Her interior design background comes in handy for family, friends, and clients as they work on turning their new homes into their own unique paradise.
