Dave started in financial services helping people with their investments. He then moved on to consulting. During this time, he has realized self-employment and passive income are key components to achieving financial independence. In 2014, he acquired his first investment property and has been adding to his portfolio ever since. To expand his investment knowledge, he eventually obtained his real estate license a few years later. Today, he encourages people to consider using real estate as a pathway for building wealth.
