As a native to Jacksonville, Glenn was born and raised in the Avondale area where he graduated from Lee High school. In 2013 he decided to renovate his first home and set out to buy and rehab homes across the Murray hill and Avondale areas. After acquiring both his contractor and realtor licenses, he created his company Bold City Properties. Glenn took his experience from years of rehabbing and began building custom homes in the neighborhood. His passion for older homes has created a desire to recreate newly constructed homes in the style of historic craftsman, bungalow and tudor styles that you find all throughout the district. Getting the details right on the exteriors while modernizing the interiors is always the goal. 

In 2020 Glenn’s company Bold City Properties was awarded a preservation award by the Riverside Avondale Preservation Committee on a home he rehabbed and brought back to life. In 2021,2022 and 2023 he was again awarded by RAP the  Design and Construction awards for his Home builds in the Riverside and Avondale areas. 

 Glenn’s experience as a certified residential building contractor gives him an added advantage in the real estate market as your realtor. His knowledge of homes new and old can help identify key problem areas when walking a potential home to purchase and also can help customers identify areas of their home to remedy prior to listing.
