Hannah is known by friends as a bit of a hippie. Most days you can find her in flip flops and yoga pants, working from her home office in the friendliest neighborhood in Jacksonville, Historic Springfield.  Hannah is an Enneagram 9 (the Peacemaker), loves playing fetch with her super-smart standard poodle, Beatrix, and being a mom to three amazing and brilliant adults. 

As a recent empty-nester, Hannah has newfound time to spend exploring our city, which she’s called home for thirty-seven years. She runs a photography business, Hannah Joy Photography, and loves capturing big and small moments. For fun, she enjoys finding gluten-free treats around the neighborhood, tending to her backyard chickens, and listening to U2.  Hannah has a passion for historic houses and loves the challenge of finding the perfect place for someone to create a home. She is dedicated to making the buying and selling process as stress-free and fun as possible and is ready to help you make your Real Estate dreams come true.
