Real Estate Isn't Just a Job, It's in My Blood

They say you can't choose your family, but I wouldn't trade mine for the world, especially when it comes to real estate. My mom, a former Realtor and Broker in St. Augustine, and my grandfather, an Orlando commercial real estate legend, practically had the MLS memorized. So, while I was busy building sandcastles on the beach, I was unknowingly absorbing the secrets of the property game through osmosis (or maybe all those dinner table conversations about mortgages and square footage).

Fast forward a few years, and I'm a graduate of The Bolles School and Florida State University, armed with an English degree and a passion for helping businesses thrive online. Building websites, crafting marketing strategies, and wrangling the latest tech became my playground. But then, life threw me a curveball – the most rewarding, messy, and hilarious curveball ever: twin boys.

Being a stay-at-home mom wasn't just about changing diapers and mastering bedtime stories (although I'm a pro at both). It was about understanding people on a deeper level, deciphering their needs even when they're buried under mountains of laundry and sleep deprivation. It taught me patience, creativity, and the art of negotiation (because let's be honest, toddlers are tiny terrorists with excellent bargaining skills).

When my no-so-little whirlwinds were old enough to be (somewhat) under control, I went back to the world I grew up in, the world of bricks and mortar, dreams and homecomings. As your REALTOR® with Cowford Real Estate and Design, I'm not just selling houses; I'm helping you build a foundation for life's most precious moments.

Picture this: you curled up on the couch with a mug of hot cocoa (or something stronger), kids giggling upstairs, and the scent of freshly baked cookies wafting through the air. That's the feeling I want to help you create.

But I'm not all spreadsheets and open houses. When I'm not wrangling contracts, you can find me at the beach with my family, building sandcastles that would make my childhood self proud, or exploring hidden trails in the local parks. And if you ever need advice on surviving the twin tornado, I'm a past president of the Jacksonville Parents of Twins and Triplets, so I've got your back (and a few spare bottles of wine).

So, let's chat! Let me put my real estate expertise, marketing savvy, and ninja-level mom skills to work for you. I promise it'll be an experience you'll remember with a smile (and maybe a little sigh of relief).

P.S. Don't forget to ask about the twin photos! They're guaranteed to melt your heart faster than a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie.
