Kim has always been a Florida girl at heart and in 2018 her dream came true. After a decade of visiting dear friends in Jax and exploring all this beautiful city has to offer she knew it was time to convince her husband to take the leap and now he’s hooked too!  Having worked in real estate for several years prior to her move, Kim knew she wanted to continue in this profession of serving her customers, now friends, as they pursued their real estate dreams.  Her passions revolve around helping people find their “place” to thrive. As a former teacher, home stager, foster mom, adoptive mom, pastor’s wife and family advocate, Kim is all about finding and creating the right environments for people to settle, put down some roots, and thrive.  Her commitment to helping her clients find their place to call home is what sets her apart.  Creativity, attention to detail, kindness, collaboration and persistence to help her customers are some of the many tools she uses to accomplish this goal.  Kim particularly loves working with first time home buyers, newcomers to Jax, and sellers who are passionate about their homes and want to find a buyer who will love their home as much as they have.  Kim’s background in home staging helps her assist her sellers in preparing their homes to market and sets them up to maximize their potential profit.  As a busy mom, who’s raised 5 kids and bought and sold 5 personal homes, she’s all about helping make your process as smooth and streamlined as possible.

Cool Moose Cafe for breakfast, Southern Grounds for a cup of joe, lunch at Biscotti’s, happy hour at The District, Strings for the Big Game, and dinner at Flying Iguana or Blue Orchid - it’s a toss up!

Favorite place to relax:

 Atlantic Beach or anywhere with a view of the beautiful St. John’s River.

Favorite room in my home:  

Our family room it’s where we spend the most time, welcome guests, and even eat around the table.  We host a lot so in this home I doubled up our coffee table so it could serve as an additional space to gather and enjoy yummy food!

When not working I can be found:

Exploring vintage markets, meeting up with friends, reading a book, or simply hanging out with the fam and our pup Milo!
