As a Jacksonville native, growing up on the Ortega River, Laine developed a deep respect for the natural beauty of this amazing city. At an early age, drawn to the charming historic homes in Avondale, Riverside, and San Marco, she developed a passion for all things architecture and design. That appreciation grew as she purchased her first home in Ortega that needed a "little love". She is a firm believer that making a house into a home that you love can change your life. She loves recognizing the potential a space can offer her clients. With her background in banking and finance, she is dedicated to making sure her clients are well informed in every aspect of the process, so they can feel empowered to make decisions with confidence. Laine is passionate about making sure that buyers find the right home for the life they want to lead. Favorite room in a home:  My kitchen. It's where all my favorite people gather.  

When I'm not working I can be found:  I love to explore Jacksonville with my 3 adventurous kids - from Jax Arboretum to  Guana Preserve. When at home though, I'm the happiest cooking for my family or relaxing outside, reading a book.

Real Estate Super Power: With three kids, seven and under, and a sweet yet insane puppy - I'd say handling stressful situations in a calm manner.
