Ophelia is a Jacksonville native, lover of people, and a big fan of a good spreadsheet. She knows that real estate can be life-changing and feels honored to do meaningful work, helping make Jacksonville a better place to live, work, and play in. As a former preschool teacher, she found real estate to be a perfect fit. Instead of teaching children and running a classroom, she's been given the greatest gift of helping to love and care for Cowford's fantastic agents and has brought that teacher skill set to the brokerage. On the weekends Ophelia and her husband, Ryan, enjoy hiking, reading a never-ending book list, and having game night.

Favorite restaurant in Jax: Taqueria Cinco or European Street in Riverside. Taqueria because umm.. tacos! European Street because it's nostalgic, easy, and delicious.

What’s your guilty pleasure? Reading. I don't feel guilty about it, but I think I might do too much of it, and should probably put the book down sometimes. 🤪

Your absolute favorite spot in Jacksonville? My home! It's truly an extension of our family and where we love to relax and unwind. Otherwise, the Baldwin Rail Trail for mtb riding, or Spanish Pond to get your heart rate up while hiking.

What is your real-life superpower? I think there's power in truly listening to people. I always want to be the friend or coworker that you can count on, and I think people know that. :)

What’s your favorite room in a house? A great bedroom! We spend 1/3 of our day sleeping, and I think a beautiful bedroom with plenty of windows is such an important and great space in a home.
