Meet Paige Brzoska

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, this city holds a special place in my heart. With the grandparents nearby and a village of friends and family around me, I feel grounded and connected—especially while raising our daughter, Vivienne.

Rooted in San Marco, a neighborhood I adore for its Spanish-style architecture, the iconic lions in the square, and its blend of historic charm with a modern touch. It’s vibrant, welcoming, and timeless all at once.

I became a licensed Realtor® in 2021, weaving interior design, staging, and entrepreneurship into real estate, as I’ve always seen myself as multidimensional—building an umbrella of services to truly serve people through life’s transitions. Most recently, I launched Swan Estates, an estate sale company that intertwines beautifully with real estate to help clients maximize value and move forward with ease.

I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and creating smart, elegant solutions—whether that means liquidating a home, helping a family sell, or guiding a buyer toward something that aligns with their lifestyle.

Outside of work, I find joy in Pure Barre, rowing, swimming, and wellness, with my added spice in life Vivienne. We enjoy spending our days together, especially our days in Ponte Vedra at The Lodge, soaking in the sunshine and simplicity.

What's your favorite restaurant in Jax?

Definitely Mesa—for the ambiance, the food, and Saji’s warmth.

What's your guilty pleasure? 

Honestly, anything that lets me slow down and enjoy life’s little luxuries.
