Sydney was born and raised in Georgia but felt the urge to follow the sun and relocated to sunny Jacksonville, Florida. Sydney and her husband’s relationship began with a healthy dose of entrepreneurship; starting many businesses from the ground up. While living in Georgia, their first project was restoring a historic home that was over 120 years old and her passion and knowledge has only grown from there. From challenging jobs of running electrical, framing, and installing full kitchens and baths all the way to designing.

Along with Jacksonville becoming her new home, she has developed a growing business in all things real estate including property investment, renovating, designing, primary homes, multi-family homes, Airbnbs, and property management in both long and short-term rentals. This experience best serves her clients to assist in an eye to envision potential in your future home or next investment and having the enthusiasm to market your old one effectively. Sydney wants to empower you to take that next step by being your biggest cheerleader.

When she’s not working on her next real estate project, you’ll find her trying to squeeze in a game of Pickleball, riding bikes around town, or in the kitchen cooking up new recipes with her husband, stepdaughter and fluffy pup.
